Opened merchandise with less than 20 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 10% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with more than 20 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Inmotion electric scooters, and E Ride E-Bikes purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy while Final Sale products do not come with warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

Voro is a good source for replacement parts but scooter problem resolution needs improvement and a little transparency. Voro products are good.

Nice motor but it took a while to get here. They said it was out of stock but I had my order on pending and then they said they’re going to send me a 25 gift card but they never did but overall it was a great motor they need to come up with, a solution for it we just can buy the rim instead of the whole assembly and the motor won’t be so much out of our pocket. Just a room by itself would be great.
Why isn't this available separately as just a rim? My motor is new and in perfect shape but I dented the rim, which caused it to lose the air seal with the tire. If I could have kept the motor and replaced just the rim, I would have saved hundreds of dollars.
The wheel/motor itself is just fine, but........ it took over a month and a half of daily checking the website for the motor to finally come back in stock, but when I went to order it, out of stock. So, I asked customer service if I could get on a waiting list, or pre pay for one and get it shipped when it arrived, NOPE! You just have to wait in line, they said. So, another month of checking the website daily, and the Plug and Play version came back in stock. I had to sit on hold for hours and go through about 5 people on the phone before someone could tell me whether or not the plug and play with the adapter would work with my older scooter (turns out it does). So in summation, absolutely terrible customer service, parts are never in stock, web help is absolutely useless, just buy a bike instead.
There’s absolutely no other company they can match Voro. Every time I needed something it was always in stock and I’ve got it in a couple of days. To me that’s an extension of customer service. By far hands-down the only scooter company I will continue to do business with.
1000W EMOVE Cruiser Electric Scooter Motor (With Tire)
I potholed my motor wheel on my Emove Cruiser and got a direct replacement. Some simple wire harness adjustment and a self install later im riding again. BONUS: I now have a spare tire from my ovaled rim. Top notch support as always, even UPS got it right.
