How to fold:
Step 1: Remove the protection pin
Step 2: Rotate the center piece to "unlock" the position. This will allow the large mechanism to move freely.
Step 3: Once the mechanism is loose, lift the bolt up and the stem should fold down smoothly
To unfold:
Step 1: Push the stem forward into its locking position and fold the bolt down.
Step 2: Fold the flush metal down to lock the position.
Step 3: Place the protection pin back in.
[P-Settings] How to navigate the LCD and P-settings on the EMOVE Cruiser + EMOVE Touring
To enter the modes menu, click mode.
Mode 1 - Speed and trip time
- To change speed: Press Power once, and hit mode.
- 1- slow 2- medium 3- fast.
- Once done, press power
Mode 2 - Trip odometer, trip mileage
Mode 3 - Total odometer
Mode 4 - Voltage left
Mode 5 - Charger port
To access P-settings, press mode and power at the same time
- P0 - wheel size; cruiser: 8"
- P1 - low voltage protection: 43.0v
- P2 - minimum wattage ; normal mw: 15
- P3 - speedometer; recommended: 1
- P4 - reading of km/miles vice versa
- P5 - safety settings ; 1- kick start or 0- throttle start
- P6 - cruise control on/off ; on-1, off-0
- P7 - pick-up speed ; 0- hard acceleration 1- soft acceleration
- P8 - max speed you have per percentage, you can lower it down to limit speed
- P9 - strength of electric brake; 2- hard 1-medium 0- off
[P-Settings] How to navigate the LCD and P-settings on Kaabo and Dualtron scooters
Turn on display by holding down the power button
Cycle through general display functions by pressing -Mode
Press the speed step (dot) button to customize the setting
Long press mode to access P-settings
P0 - Wheel diameter (Do not change)
- Mantis - set to 10
- WW and WK- set to 11
P1- System voltage (Do not change)
P2- number of motor poles (Do not change)
P3- Speed signal selection (Do not change)
P4- Unit of measurement (1 - miles, 0 - Kilometres)
P5- Kick or throttle start (1 - kick , 0 - throttle)
P6- Cruise control (0 - Off, 1 - On)
- You can use it usually for long trips.
- If you hold the throttle for 5 seconds, releasing it will keep the current speed.
- To stop the Cruise control, tap the throttle lightly or use the brakes
P7 - Acceleration of the scooter (0 - Highest , 5 - Slowest)
P8 - Maximum voltage output (Display by percentage)
P9 - Energy saving mode (1 - Max energy saving, 3 - No energy saving)
PA - Electric braking strength (0 - Off, 1 - Little, 5 - Strong)
PB - Display brightness (0 - No background light, 5 - Brightest)
PC - Auto turn off time in mins (Can customize between 1-30 mins)
PD - ABS braking (0 - Off, 1 - On)
Error Messages:
- Exclamation mark - Seen when you hit the brakes. But if the error code appears without hitting the brakes, that means you have a faulty brake.
- Throttle error - This means throttle issue.
- Letter M error - This means a motor issue has occurred.
Buttons:
Eco Turbo - Help save battery and use for longer rides. Reduces top speed and motor performance.
Single Dual - Will determine if both motors are active. Tapping the button will cycle between these two options.

[Brakes] How to replace the brake pads on Zoom brakes
Step 1: Locate the pin holding the pads in place.
Step 2: Using pliers, unbend the right angle made at the end of the pin
Step 3: Pull the pin once it is straightened and lift the old pads.
Step 4: Slide the old pads out of the metal casing and replace it with the new ones
Step 5: Place the metal casing back to the brake unit.
Step 6: Place the pin back and bend it.

How to replace the rear caliper for Mantis PRO SE:
Step 1: Unscrew the rear caliper from its base.
Step 2: On the left lever, grip the plastic cap with pliers.or your fingers and pull it back so we can see the screw.
Step 3: Loosen the screw on the lever and pull the line out.
Step 4: Cut the zip ties that keep the cable in place.
Step 5: Remove the 2 screws from the front cover, pull out the cover and let it hang.
Step 6: Find the line organizer piece located at the opening beneath the stem and unscrew it.
Step 7: Unscrew the 3 screws on the back cover, gently pull it out and let it hang there.
Step 8: Slightly lift the mat along the edges to remove the two strips of tape covering it.
Step 9: Unscrew the 10 screws holding the plate (deck cover) down.
Step 10: Remove the cover and lift the battery up.
Step 11: Cut the old line below the stem and pull the line out
Important note: Make sure that you allow the oil to drip completely before pulling the line out.
Step 12: Take your new brake caliper and attach it to the base.
Step 13: Wire the line through the cavity along the edge of the scooter and into the battery cavity.
Step 14: Guide the line through the slot at the front right of the cavity. Push the line upwards and out of the slot.
Step 15: Push the line up the stem. Once you can see the tip of the line through the hole, begin pushing it towards you.
Step 16: Grab the tip of the line and pull it through completely.
Step 17: Take the plastic cover and lever screw from earlier and slide them on to the new line.
Step 18: Get the small gold piece from the caliper kit and slide it into the line.
Step 19: Remove the small gold cap at the end of the line and insert the new line to the lever.
Step 20: Secure the line by tightening the screw and slide the plastic cover.
Step 21: Fill up the brake line with brake fluid until full.
Step 22: Find a way to hold the lever into a de-press position. Head down to the caliper and tighten the screws to the base. Once done, unbind the lever.
Step 23: Put the front plastic cover back on and guide it back to the scooter carefully.
Step 24: Once the screw holes line at the bottom, secure it with the screws. Secure the line organizer and put the rear plastic cover back.
Step 25: Place the battery back to the cavity and put the metal cover back on. Once done, put all the 10 screws back.
How to replace the front caliper:
Step 1: Unscrew the rear caliper from its base.
Step 2: On the right lever, grip the plastic cap with pliers.or your fingers and pull it back so we can see the screw.
Step 3: Loosen the screw on the lever and pull the line out.
Step 4: Find the zip ties holding the line of the front caliper and cut them.
Step 5: Cut the brake line right above the caliper and let the brake fluid drain out onto a paper towel. Once completely drained, pull the line out from the top.
Step 6: Screw the new caliper to the front base and leave it slightly loose.
Step 7: Start threading the line up the stem and push the tip of the line once you see it through the hole.
Step 8: Attach the plastic cover, then the screw and finally the small gold piece.
Step 9: Remove the gold cap at the end of the line, and stick the line in the slot.
Step 10: Secure the line by tightening the screw and slide the plastic cover.
Step 11: Fill up the brake line with brake fluid until full.
Step 12: Find a way to hold the lever into a de-press position. Head down to the caliper and tighten the screws to the base. Once done, unbind the lever.
How to change the calipers for the WW:
Step 1: Unscrew the rear caliper from its base.
Step 2: On the left lever, grip the plastic cap with pliers.or your fingers and pull it back so we can see the screw.
Step 3: Loosen the screw on the lever and pull the line out.
Step 4: Undo the velcro straps keeping the line covers in place along the stem and remove the line cover as well.
Step 5: Slightly lift up the deck pad and unscrew the seven screws holding the deck.Once done, lift up the board and the plastic liner beneath it and put it aside.
Step 6: Unscrew the fender and the 3 screws holding the front cover in place
Step 7: Cut the brake line. Make sure to drain the brake fluid completely before pulling the line out.
Step 8: Attach the new caliper to the rear base.
Step 9: Push the line through the body cavity. Guide the line through the cavity and through the opening of the front cavity.One through, guide it to the top lever.
Step 10: Slide the plastic cover, the screw and the and the small gold piece from the new caliper set on the brake line.
Step 11: Remove the gold cap at the end of the line and stick the line in the lever slot. Tighten the screw and slide the plastic cover over
Step 12: Refill the brake fluid. Once full, hold the lever to a de-press position and tighten the calipers to its base.Unbind the lever once done.
Step 13: Place the deck cover back and secure it with the screws.
Step 14: Screw the front cover back. Once done, make sure to install the fender.
Step 15: Put the cord liner back along the cords and velcro it in place.
How to replace front caliper for WW
Step 1: Unscrew the front caliper from its base.
Step 2: On the right lever, grip the plastic cap with pliers.or your fingers and pull it back so we can see the screw.
Step 3: Loosen the screw on the lever and pull the line out.
Step 4: Undo the velcro straps keeping the line covers in place along the stem and remove the line cover as well.Remove the old line and caliper completely
Step 5: Screw the new caliper to the front base.
Step 6: Start threading the line up the stem. of the front cavity.Slide the plastic cover, the screw and the and the small gold piece from the new caliper set on the brake line.
Step 7: Remove the gold cap at the end of the line and stick the line in the lever slot. Tighten the screw and slide the plastic cover over
Step 8: Refill the brake fluid. Once full, hold the lever to a de-press position and tighten the calipers to its base.Unbind the lever once done.

Step 1: Remove the screw on the brake lever. Position the lever where the screw is facing the ceiling.
Step 2: Once the screw and washer is removed, screw in the hose attachment.
Step 3: Slide the syringe into the hose
Step 4: If the connection is secured already, pour the hydraulic oil and insert the plunger to start pushing the fluid into the lever.
Step 5: Start pumping the brake lever continuously. Make sure that there are no longer bubbles coming out of the hose before you stop pumping the lever.
Step 6: Finally, place the original screw and washer back to the lever.
[Tires] How to change inner tubes on pneumatic tires
(not for tubeless tires)
Step 1: Remove the brake unit. Look for the 2 screws on the arm and remove both of them.
Step 2: Remove the fender above the wheel.The fender is held with 4 screws.
Step 3: Loosen the screws found at the top of the gold arms. This helps us create space in removing the wheel. (Note: Do not remove the screws, just loosen it)
Step 4: Proceed to the wheel nuts. Heat-gun the nuts to temporarily liquify the loctite. Once done, pry the nut loose and remove it. Do it on the other side.
Step 5: Remove the outer pins for both sides and remove the wheel. Once done, remove the inner locking pins.
Step 6: Deflate the tire. You will hear a whistle once the air rushes out.
Step 7: You should see 6 screws around the rim. Remove all of the screws. Once the screws are out, just pull the tires towards you. You can also pull out the rim after.
Step 8: Replace the inner/outer tube and reinstall the rim. Make sure that the air nozzle is inserted through the hole on the rim.
Step 9: To install the motor, find the divot on the motor and make sure to line the nozzle up with that divot. Reinstall the screws and tighten them down.
Step 10: Put the inner pins back. Make sure that the tongue on the pin is facing away from the scooter and is hanging on the bottom of the scooter. Do it on the other side
Step 11: Lift the wheel up and into the arms.
Step 12: Place the outer pins back. Make sure that the tongue is up and latching into that hook in the arm.
Step 13: Take the nuts and tighten them down on each side. If you have loctite, put that on.
Step 14: Tuck the brake cable into the arm and reinstall the brake unit.
Step 15: Tighten the screws above the arms. Lastly, reinstall the fender.

Step 1: Unscrew and remove the front fender

Step 3: Insert the new stem bolt and screw it in.
Step 4: Place the fender back and secure the screws.
Make sure that everything is tight before heading out for a ride.

Quick Notes
Step 1: Look for the sticker (rubber stop), and stick it to the sides of the phone holder.
Step 2: Place the brace at the back of the phone holder (where you can see a cross). Make sure that the hole matches the brace then screw it in.
To make sure that the phone holder doesn't wiggle. You can install the phone holder on the handlebar so that you can check whether the spacer is enough or not.

Quick Notes
Step 1: Remove the front fender then the bolts at the base of the stem.
Step 2: Align the base plate up against the stem and thread the bolt back in
Step 3: Take the M5x20mm and screw it upwards to the smaller cylinder
Step 4: With your M6x20mm screwed in the base plate, take your M6x30mm screw and slide it down the sides. Make sure that the 30 mm screw is facing opposite side of the 20mm
Step 5: Position the base plate on the scooter and screw the connecting piece on the side.
Step 6: Once everything is firm, take the longer cylinder and screw it to the exposed M6x20mm screw.
To put the steering dampener on:
Step 1: Position the steering dampener. Use the M8x30mm screw to the front base plate.

[FIIDO] How to change tires on the Fiido electric scooter
How to remove and replace the front wheel?
Step 1: Loosen the nut on either side.Remove the nut, washers, spacers, and the wheel itself.
Step 2: Deflate the tire and remove the disc brake.
Step 3: Loosen the rim out of the tire.
Step 4: Pull the inner tube out of the tire.
If the problem is a hole on the inner tube, you can patch it.
Step 5: Install the new tire (if tire defect) to the rim.
Step 6: Tuck in the inner tube. Make sure to point the valve away from the disc brake.
Step 7: Tuck in the rest of the tire to the rim. Fill out the inner tube with air.
Step 8: Reconnect the disc brake.
Step 9: Install the wheel on the pin and reattach the spacers and the washers.
Step 10: Reattach the wheel on the housing. Make sure to tighten the wheel nuts.
How to remove and replace the rear wheel
Step 1: Locate the motor wire and remove it from its fasteners.
Step 2: Remove the fender screws.
Step 3: Remove the wheel nuts.
Step 4: Remove the screw in front of the wheel that is connected to the fender to fully remove the fender.
Step 5: Remove the brake caliper.
Step 6: Remove the disc brake
Step 7: Loosen the rim out of the tire.
Step 8: Remove the inner tube and the rim. (Replace the inner tube if this is the problem. Otherwise, you can replace the tire if it’s a tire issue)
Step 9: Set the rim inside of the tire. Insert the inner tube between the rim and the tire.
Step 10: Stick the tire on the rim by spooning it or using a rim shield.
Step 11: Install the disc brake.
Step 12: Install the wheel on the housing and reattach the brake caliper..
Step 13: Reinstall the fender.
Step 14: Lastly, reattach the wheel nut. Make sure to tighten it.
Make sure to check if the brake calipers are properly placed by spinning the wheel and checking if there are weird noises coming out of the wheel.
[FIIDO] How to replace the controller in the Fiido electric scooter
- Unplug the big yellow connectors
- Disconnect the thick yellow, blue and green cables (motor wires)
- Unplug the huge white connector with couple of wires
If you notice, most of the connections have glued. This is to help waterproof the connection and
- Unplug the Black white cable connected to blue and white cable
- Unplug the black, black, yellow cable connected to the Yellow brown cable.
- Unplug the black, black, yellow, yellow cable connected to Black Yellow cable
- Unplug the black yellow cable connected to black yellow cable (mark this black yellow
- cable coming from the FIIDO to make sure that you’ll be connecting it with the right
- controller cable later on. You can use a tape to mark the cable)
- Unplug the Black Green White cable connected to Black yellow red cable.
- Unplug the green green white cable connected to Red yellow green cable
- Replug the black black yellow yellow to black yellow
- Connect the marked black yellow wire to the black yellow cables from the controller.
- Reconnect the black black yellow and connect it to Yellow Brown
- Reconnect the Black white cable to Blue white cable
- Reconnect the blue black blue red cable to Green black white red cable
- Reconnect the Black white green cable to Black yellow red cable
- Reconnect the Blue Green white to Red yellow green
- Reconnect the Red Black Blue cable to Red black orange cable
- Leave the last cable unplugged
- Replug the big yellow connector.
- Replug the motor cables
Before you put everything back, make sure that everything is working by checking the alarm, twisting the throttle, using the brakes and switching the lights.
