I had to replace my controller on my emove touring and had to call in and ask some questions. They were super helpful and didn't rush me when my explanation off my issue was long. They even reconvened a YouTube video to help. They have an excellent selection of well made videos for fixing your scooter at home. All together I give them six stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. They've earned it.

I have had previous scooters and I always get the Extend Protection Package. It has helped me with flat tires and even securing a new scooter one time. You never know what can happen, but it really makes things easy and provides a little extra piece of mind if you're going to use your scooter every day!

The EMOVE Cruiser V2 is an amazing electric scooter! It’s incredibly fast, reliable, and perfect for long-distance rides. The quad suspension makes for a smooth and comfortable experience, even on rough terrain. The battery life is impressive, and I love how sturdy and well-built it feels. Definitely worth every penny! Highly recommended!
All the improvements make this version the must have over the V2. The biggest being the rear suspension and the larger seat. Those 2 things add so much comfort. The addition of longer foot pegs is a plus as well. Even after adjusting the P-settings to 64 I can not tell the front motor is 500W vs. the 300W on the V2. Went riding yesterday with a friend because I have both the V2 and V3 and we switched back and forth and were neck and neck most of the time. This might be due to the weight difference with the 3 being heavier due to the larger seat and added rear shocks. The handle grips are definitely a nice improvement and the longer brake handles as well as the better brakes. The only negative I have as the darn pedal kit. I bought it because it sounded like a great alternative in case the battery ran out before I made it home. Unless you need it to be legal in your state DO NOT BUY THE PEDAL KIT. I made the mistake and the pedals are functionally useless. When you turn to tight the pedal will strike the ground and you will become exhausted pedaling before you can get anywhere and forget pedaling against the wind. Biggest waist of money because of not being able to return them due to Voro Motor policy. All in all the V3 is great!
I DIDNT KNOW THIS TUBELESS AND THANK GOD IT WAS, I LOST MY INNER TUB WHEN I HAD SOMEONE COME BY AND FIX MY REAR TIRE SO IT BEING TUBELESS SAVED MY LIFE!!!

I lost my 12k plus modified surron to fire that ate the whole damn town. Some friends rallied and got me the new EridePro SS3.0 and it is a game changer.
Pros:Stronger, Faster, Dot4 motorcycle brakes, thick rotors, thicker axels, excellent tires feel just like 241's, eco feels eco, sport feel sport. Reverse button. Built in light switch turns both lights off and my favorite is regen on the fly left for level 1 right for level 2 and no regen at all in the middle. I hated having to stop and change regen modes when goin down steep hills. I love being able to change it and not interrupt my rhythm and flow if you know, you know. All controls I need with my right thumb. F'ng love this bike.
Cons: Wish the app worked with it. Other than that for the out of the box price its best in its class hands down.
*For the guy who doesn't understand how to disconnect brake sensors Id suggest watch a YouTube video or follow the cable trail to the connectors. . . . . . no brainer.
My scooter arrived with the entire back of the box riped open along with rips in both sides, the top AND bottom. Yes, the scooter was damaged. The box is way to thin for this weight scooter and the foam inside is insufficient for protecting the scooter, therefore the shipping insurance is an absolute must!!!!!

I LOVE MY RRPRO FIRST THING I CHANGED WAS THE SHOCKS IM 237LBS I PUT RFY SHOCKS WHICH MADE THE RIDE BETTER , THEN I GOT THE PMT SLICKS . ALL THIS RIDE REALLY NEEDS ARE BETTER TURN SIGNALS FRONT AND REAR. OTHER THEN THAT IT A FUN SCOOTER WITH SOME GET UP JUICE. FROM NEW YORK GEE. THANK YOU
