Great customer service (Gregory James) he’s the best and I will recommend to anyone who is interested into scooter’s to give these guys a call first!!! I had problems with my wolf king he talked me through trouble shooting it by email, it was the controllers thankfully and not the motors I ordered them, them came fast as usually, I opens her up and went to work she’s back on the road and running like NEW!!! VM Has excellent customer service I was having issues on my scooter they had me explain the issue and were able to pin point the part that was bad and replaced it immediately I recomend VM to anyone looking to buy a scooter and wants to make sure that if anything goes wrong VM will Definitely have your back! This is Crucial when spending a big amount of money on a e scooter! Keep up the good work VM!
Everything I got is great. But my order is missing 3 things a set of 72v led deck lights, suspension rubber, and a set of meroca eco-friendly foam handlebar grips red. All for the wolf king.
