Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. Purchased this scooter after my son’s original scooter (bought elsewhere) battery could not be replaced. It was a nightmare to deal with this previous company so we bought a new scooter elsewhere and found Voro Motors. So far the communication with Voro has been great. Bought an Emove cruiser S, love it, it’s awesome! I had a question about the display on the scooter so I got on the website and used the live chat box. A representative came on and found the answer to my question very quickly, and it was on a Sunday outside of regular business hours. So just very please with the scooter and the support. I’ll be choosing Voro for all my scooter needs!

I think the seat is great, down the road you should have a wider selection of padded seats, are there any videos on tightening the loose neck Base?
I’m 76 years old my legs get tired from standing up on long rides. It’s nice to have the seat so I can rest my legs once in a while works out great.

I would say the Emove Cruiser scooter is great so far. I would definitely recommend buying the 3 year warranty and the customer service from VOROMOTORS is terrific. Outstanding Customer service

What else can I say? It's a must for an accessory. Riding the scooter for long rides and being able to sit every once in a while or for the whole ride is just awesome. I like to lower the seat and the handle bars and just cruise. It's so worth it. The only problem I have, is that it's rarely in stock and sells out quickly. I asked to be notified when back in stock, they never did.. I luckily just happened to check on it on line and saw that it was back in stock, so luckily I now have two of them. I told my buddy and when he went to order, they were sold out AGAIN. So get them when available
