All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Dualtron, and Inmotion electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

When Can I Expect My Item To Be Shipped?

What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. Can I Test Ride An E-Scooter Before Purchasing?

New screen cleared up my sorrow! Had some problems but learned a lot about my machine. Be patient if things are out of stock but a conference with the store representative sped things along and all is on track now!

Very happy with my replacement screen from voro. After coming back from a trip with my scooter and finding out the screen was damaged, was a huge letdown. I ordered the part, and even though it took some time to come in, the people at voro were always very quick to respond to shipping questions I had. They really are the real deal. I love the TFT display, but the power button on the display stop working. Cameron at Voro Motor gave me another TFT display under Warranty. Great Customer Service, and Support.
