Wolf King GTR Battery—The Shipment Solution
Some of the Voro riders have reported that the battery falls out during shipping due to a design flaw in the locking mechanism. While we've alerted the manufacturer about this problem, we're not just sitting back and waiting for a solution.
So, what's our fix? To prevent any mishaps, we're wrapping a special black film around the scooter's body to keep the battery securely in place during transit. It may take a little longer to get your scooter to you, but your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure that your Wolf King GTR arrives safe and sound.
