Worth the money to protect your purchase
I can't say enough good things about this little guy. I bought it to tool around campgrounds and let my dog chase me around. Everyone asks me about it, and one lady bought one!(I feel like I should get a tshirt for that...hint hint.).
It's light, nimble, easy to ride, easy to move around, and goes about 20 on gravel with my 210lb frame, 30 on the pavement. Rocket mode is nice and quick.
Gripes: the light could be better. It's a spot light, not a flood light. I'd rather it brighten a wider area, but that's a cheap fix.
The seat is comfy, the controls are good, the brakes are very good, and there's plenty of frame/handlebar real-estate to add cup holders, bags, lights, Bluetooth speakers, bobble heads, you name it.

Even though I did not need to make a claim. Having this protection gave me peace of mind. Especially when I checked the shipping status and saw that my delivery was delayed due to a train derailment. I would have been so concerned if not for adding the shipping protection plan.
