HomeRefurbished Dualtron Eagle Pro Electric Scooter
Description
The Dualtron Eagle Pro is one of the lowest-priced dual motor electric scooters still on the market. As one of Minimotors’ first releases, the Dualtron Eagle is a mighty powerhouse in a foldable 73-pound package. The Eagle is built for riding light, with a simple scooter display, manual disc brakes, and a classic finger trigger throttle. Like its larger brothers, it has elastomeric rubber suspension that provides a firm response out of the box. However, you can purchase replacement suspension cartridges with softer/firmer hardness depending on your weight and riding style. The Eagle Pro scooter also has front and rear fenders to protect you from dirt, and grip tape on the deck to keep your feet in place. You’ll need that traction, because the Eagle has a top speed of 20 mph out of the box, which is more than enough speed to keep up with traffic.
LG battery has 1304 Wh capacity for 47 miles of range and recharges in 12 hours with a standard charger
Dual 1000W BLDC hub motors out of the box and 60V 25A square wave motor controllers
Has rubber handlebar grips, folding handlebars, EY3 LCD throttle (trigger), and Eco/Turbo button (colored)
Comes equipped with dual mechanical disc brakes, 10” pneumatic tires (inner tube), and adjustable rubber suspension
The elegant yet well-designed Eagle Pro's frame is one of the sturdiest frame you can have on an electric scooter.
With a well-protected deck and a frame made from aluminum alloy and a steel shaft, you can now feel confident to fly your way into extreme performance.
1,2, Take off!
The Eagle Pro goes from 0 to 20 mph (32 km/h) in an astonishing 3.9 seconds.
With such power, hill climbing will no longer be an issue. The Eagle Pro can climb up to 25 degrees, depending on riders' weight, road conditions and other factors.
Soar Far, Fly Fast
With a top speed of 20mph out of the box, the Dualtron Eagle Pro has exceptional speed and features for a 60V electric scooter, and will keep you up to speed with most of the traffic.
Besides speed, you need to fly far as well. The Eagle Pro can go up to 47 miles (~75 km) in a single charge.
High Quality Brakes
Eagle Pro comes with front and rear disc brakes as well as Electronic Anti-lock Braking System (eABS) which gives your better control over your brakes and reduce chances of skidding during emergency brakes.
Performance specifications, specifically top speed and range, are VoRo estimated values based on multiple linear regression and often differ from manufacturer's projected performance.Range, top speed and hill climbing ability will vary depending upon rider size, riding style, and riding environment (terrain, weather conditions, incline, etc) Scooters out of the box may be intentionally limited to 20mph.*

Frame and suspension are solid. Motors appear solid. The battery and performance seems to be pretty much as advertised. But frankly I'm not impressed with this scooter. The throttle control is overly sensitive and the electronics feel flimsy. The regenerative braking is useless because it is not speed sensitive, it simply gives whatever amount of regen braking you have the level set at regardless of speed (there are 5 regen braking levels, settable in the options menu). So, if you squeeze the brakes even a little bit it gives the preset level of regen, if you're going fast this is a lot of braking very suddenly and it's enough to make the back wheel come off the ground, but if you're going slow the regen brake doesn't even slow you a little bit and you have to apply the disc brakes.
Hopefully the electronics prove to be durable. I'll get used to the twitchy throttle, and I keep the regen braking turned off, so the scooter will work for me. But overall I expect a better designed machine for $2k.
