Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. The GTR is even better than you'd expect, and if you have a GTR I'm sure you expect alot! It's more fun than I can describe and their customer service is outstanding, they really do go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. A+++++ from me ALL DAY!!!
I purchased a Thunder in February 2022. Prior to making the purchase, I called Voromotor to ask questions about the scooter. Staff was very helpful. I received the Thunder within two days of purchase since I live in Southern Cal. As for the Thunder, phenomenal machine.
