If you live in the state of Illinois or near the Chicagoland area this is a no brainer MUST HAVE Let me explain why.
1st of all its EXTREMELY PORTABLE & LIGHTWEIGHT (no battery or pizza bag) so if your going long distance or using Uber/Lyft or even train / Amtrak as long as your battery & Footpegs are removed and handle bars are folded inward you can fit in virtually any vehicle that's 4 Door. 2nd Reason is SPEED/PRATICALITY. As long as you REMAIN LEGAL and don't do dumb "ish" you can take the roads just as you would your car BUT here's what you need to keep in mind DO NOT take roads faster than a posted speed limit of 35 mph STAY IN RIGHT HAND LANE and "NO HIGHWAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS". Follow the rules of the road be seen and you will arrive at your destination in little to no time at all. 3rd reason is LEGALITY. It's not a motorcycle or moped so NO LICENSE/INSURANCE NECESSARY don't let law enforcement spook you remain confident and calm wear a helmet be seen and try not to speed on residential streets & bike trails be mindful of others + children essentially. 4th reason LONG BATTERY LIFE. I initially purchased this scooter in Mid April of 2024 and already accumulated nearly 1,800 miles. One charge lasts me litteraly ALL day or roughly 48-50 miles if im at a consistent speed of 20 -22 mph or less (I weigh 135 -140 LBS lol I'm light asf) I Took the Metra Train to Chicago downtown went to every side of the city and back took the same train home and Still had 1-2 bars worth of riding power (10-15 miles). 5th Reason is 10/10 Customer Service and Overall Quality. If your worried about your scooter breaking down or needing spare parts dont worry THEY'VE GOT YOU even if the part you need is "Out of stock". I did NOT buy warranty bcs times are hard enough as is BUT if your willing to LEARN how to fix your scooter then repairs will become easier and faster as you expand your knowledge 😊. Now what I don't know is how well this scooter performs in winter bcs trust me winters here in Illinois are Brutal with Temps getting into the negatives and horrible street shoveling services so I will be looking into switching tires as the year comes to a end. This is a investment indefinitely yes its expensive but trust me it's worth it ESPECIALLY if you don't have a car and tbh you can't even find DECENT USED cars for $1,400 unless it's sum old beat up gas guzzler on its last breath of life.
Happy with my purchase!
Good scootet, employees helped out a lot and I think I bought it from a good company. May the Lord be with you all! Have a Blessed Day!
Ended up getting a SLIGHTLY used (125miles) Cruiser at a very attractive price and man, am I glad I did. I have had this thing to now 22 different airports and have yet to charge it! It just won't die... coming up on 42 miles and the voltage is now under 50. Amazing. Every airport I go to SOMEONE needs to check it out and wants to know where they can get 1. KUDOS on a great product.
I recently purchased the Emove Cruiser scooter from Voro Motors, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the exceptional customer service provided by the team, especially Christian.
Let's start with the scooter itself. The Emove Cruiser is an absolute powerhouse on two wheels. It's sleek, stylish, and incredibly well-built. The performance is top-notch, with a powerful motor that effortlessly propels me through city streets and up hills with ease. The battery life is fantastic, giving me the confidence to take on long rides without worrying about running out of juice. The comfort and stability of the ride are unmatched, making every journey a smooth and enjoyable experience. Whether I'm commuting to work or simply cruising around town, the Emove Cruiser delivers an exceptional ride every time.
What truly sets Voro Motors apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. From the moment I made my purchase, the team at Voro Motors went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my scooter. Christian, in particular, was a standout in providing stellar support and assistance. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure that I had the best experience possible with my new scooter. Even after the sale was complete, Christian and the Voro Motors team continued to provide excellent support, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Voro Motors and the Emove Cruiser scooter. The combination of a high-quality product and exceptional customer service has truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Voro Motors to anyone in the market for a top-of-the-line scooter, and I can't thank Christian and the team enough for their dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Voro Motors, for providing me with an outstanding product and an unforgettable purchasing experience.
I also own a Kaabo WKGT, and decided on this cruiser for my new beach cruiser. It's performed perfectly. As with all PEVs, you need to check and tighten after riding and breaking it in. I added the VM seat, which works perfectly with the cruiser, and add some blue loctite to those bolts to keep them secure. Very happy so far, and this review is after 6th months of use, a lot of use. At full charge, I can get it to wheely on the sidewalk, where the sidewalk dips down then up, for driveways side by side. Surprised me when it first happened, I'm 210lbs!
I've had the black one for a while and let me just stay it's an absolute unit. I've crashed on it, and honestly treated it pretty bad but it holds up. It's comfortable and I like the ability to add a seat if needed for those long rides. I wish it was a tiny bit faster, but I think that's just my inner speed demon talking.
So I purchased a seat stand for my Wolf Warrior X GT which at that time didn't exist. I knew I would have to modify it so that it would work. I had the idea but not the talent to do the work so I hired Jesse from the Helpful Handyman Company to make it real. The pics show the parts and pieces which end up with the finished product.
Out of over 50 E scooters that I have personally owned throughout the past few years, (I buy and sell a lot) This one has made it to my top 5 best list. It is all around a great scooter to ride on the sidewalk, in bike lanes, through neighborhoods, and even on grass at the past.
I’ve upgraded my handlebars to a nice arced cruise style, with a handlebar to stem adapter that has a spring inside, so it feels very nice going over bumps. Makes my stance slightly wider and taller. Unfortunately I could only make the height 2” taller. The plug and play wires won’t let me go any higher without disconnecting, which is probably my least favorite part about the scooter.
Now I’ll go over the features from top to bottom like I always do, tell you what I like and don’t like.
I hate the stock grips. They slide up and down easily and leave a pattern on my hands. I changed them out for some nice black and white grips that match the colors of my scooter.
Even tho it’s a bit outdated for todays time, I think the light/horn/turn signal control module still works well, easy to use, can tell when things are being used. I have always been a fan of the key to start feature. I always lock my scooter up when it’s outside but it’s nice to know someone can’t just walk by, turn it on and start messing with the controls The disk breaks combined with the EBS work well. Obviously they’re not as good as hydraulic, but I’m so glad EBS is being used too, it puts less strain on the disks. The thumb throttle is very nice, very natural feeling, and very responsive. The display is very visible night or day, shows the basics. Very nice, can’t complain. I added a bell, a phone mount/light, and my DJI4 camera onto the bars as well. Also added a white bag and water bottle holder, and lock onto the stem.
Now making my way down, the telescoping stem is not bad, just wish the scooter could be a bit taller overall. They did fix that on the V2 though.
You definitely do get some stem flex after riding for some time, I’m not sure how to fix that, pretty sure all screws are tightened.
The folding latch is pretty easy to use, just push forward the scooter while pulling out the locking pin. It locks into place, no hooks needed. The tires are great! Tubeless is always good. They have slime in them too and feel very durable. Suspension is just okay to me. It’s an older spring style that’s decent for street riding but bad for off road. I’ve definitely had worse though, some give you no flex at all and feel nonexistent. This one feels just right for me.
I absolutely LOVE the long deck! Makes other decks feel cramped after trying this. So comfortable and makes it easy to carve. Speaking of carving, it is so easy to control your turns and speed!
Since it’s light and has narrow tires, you can really weave in and out of obstacles with ease. And I love the speed modes. 1 is 13mph, perfect for the moble home park I ride in. 2 is 20mph, perfect for casual sidewalk riding. And 3 is 30mph, perfect for some non busy street riding.
And I love the range as well of course. I look at the screen less often then other scooters because I don’t have really have to.
So overall my complaints are
-shorter handlebar height that can’t be adjusted much
-lots of exposed wires for someone to mess with
-stem flex
-Original handlebars were a bit shakey, and couldn’t mount much extras on
My overall my pros are
-Very affordable price for what you get
-Very nice color and aesthetic
-very good speak and range for my commute
-Great deck length with decent suspension
-Display is very easy to read with good controls
-Tires are amazing for any street riding
Even though this scooter is about 7 years old now, it still performs very well and meets a lot of my critiques. For sure recommend for any rider.
I recently bought the EMOVE Roadster from VoroMotors and wanted to share my genuine thoughts as an everyday customer, not as a professional reviewer or YouTuber. Hopefully, this helps if you’re thinking about picking up this high-end electric scooter.
For context, I’ve owned the Kaabo Wolf King GT before, which I use as my main point of reference. Many people might see the EMOVE Roadster as mainly a fast scooter for racing, but honestly, it’s so much more. Its advanced tech, sturdy build, hydraulic brakes, impressive suspension, and wide platform really make riding it enjoyable and comfortable.
If you like relaxed cruising on sidewalks around 10 mph, this scooter is super smooth and predictable. The adjustable power settings are easy to use, letting you switch effortlessly from gentle cruising to something more lively. Settings one and two offer smooth, gentle acceleration, no sudden jerks, just easy control. Setting three is perfect for everyday street riding; it gives a nice balance of acceleration and speed to comfortably ride alongside regular traffic. Even with moderate acceleration, the scooter stays steady and easy to handle.
The higher-performance modes (settings four and five) are extremely powerful, and I recommend using them only once you’re already moving at about 30-35 mph. Starting from a stop on these settings is intense and can be tricky to control because of the immediate power delivery. However, once rolling, if you position yourself properly, keeping your back leg ready for balance and gently gripping the handlebars, the scooter feels incredibly stable and fun. My background of riding motorcycles for over 45 years helps me appreciate just how intuitive and balanced the Roadster feels. It’s not perfect (there’s always room to get better), but it really sets the bar high.
At first, I was a bit concerned about the braking since it doesn’t have regenerative brakes. But the Roadster’s hydraulic braking system turned out to be excellent, reliable and confidence-inspiring.
One small issue I had initially was battery movement causing a rattling sound on rough roads. After contacting VoroMotors, they suggested adding foam padding around the battery, and it completely solved the issue. No more rattling, even when jumping.
A couple of upgrades I’d love to see in future versions include active brake lights (the current ones don’t brighten when braking) and a horn, which would be great considering how quiet the scooter is.
Also worth mentioning, the EMOVE Roadster handles curves amazingly well, super stable, precise, and responsive. I immediately switched to PMT tires, which greatly improved grip and cornering confidence, so keep in mind your experience may vary slightly with the original tires.
One crucial thing not enough people talk about is proper safety gear. This scooter deserves serious respect; it’s fast enough and powerful enough to be comparable to motorcycles. Basic pads and cheap helmets won’t cut it. Personally, I invested in quality gear, including an ARAI helmet, full Dainese protective gear (jacket, pants with armor, gloves), and Dainese York Air Shoes for ankle support. Honestly, if you’re not willing or able to invest in proper gear, this scooter might not be the best choice for you.
Overall, I highly recommend the EMOVE Roadster. If you’re looking for a scooter that combines fantastic performance, comfort, versatility, and solid build quality, this is a top-notch choice.
Works great for electric. Might not work on something like a 2 stroke or racing 4 stroke which vibrates a lot. Perfect for any electric scooter, definitely designed just for that. It can rotate and such, but I just duck taped any mobile parts once fitted to ensure stability during rides. Perfect for high powered electric scooters.
Just as they advertised. Good deal all around and a non generic part, that was the exact part I needed. Delivered quickly and the Voro motors' YouTube videos on the how to repair the scooter, were VERY HELPFUL!!! Thanks Voro motors. You all Rock. Appreciative to be mobile again!😀
Voro motors not only has excellent scooters, they have amazing customer service and quality parts that are skipped out fast and friendly. Thank you Voro motors for your quality customer kindness. Ride on!!!! 🙂🛴
I lost my 12k plus modified surron to fire that ate the whole damn town. Some friends rallied and got me the new EridePro SS3.0 and it is a game changer.
Pros:Stronger, Faster, Dot4 motorcycle brakes, thick rotors, thicker axels, excellent tires feel just like 241's, eco feels eco, sport feel sport. Reverse button. Built in light switch turns both lights off and my favorite is regen on the fly left for level 1 right for level 2 and no regen at all in the middle. I hated having to stop and change regen modes when goin down steep hills. I love being able to change it and not interrupt my rhythm and flow if you know, you know. All controls I need with my right thumb. F'ng love this bike.
Cons: Wish the app worked with it. Other than that for the out of the box price its best in its class hands down.
*For the guy who doesn't understand how to disconnect brake sensors Id suggest watch a YouTube video or follow the cable trail to the connectors. . . . . . no brainer.
My scooter arrived with the entire back of the box riped open along with rips in both sides, the top AND bottom. Yes, the scooter was damaged. The box is way to thin for this weight scooter and the foam inside is insufficient for protecting the scooter, therefore the shipping insurance is an absolute must!!!!!
