By purchasing and/or using an electric scooter from VoroMotors ("Company"), you ("Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Assumption of Risk: The Customer understands and acknowledges that riding an electric scooter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and even death. These risks occur even when the scooter is used as intended. The Customer voluntarily assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with the use of the electric scooter, even if arising from the negligence of the Company or others, and assumes full responsibility for their participation.
    1. Waiver and Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless VoroMotors, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other partners ("Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Customer or to any property belonging to the Customer, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while using the electric scooter. This release includes incidents resulting from the inherent risks described above.
    1. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the Customer’s use of the electric scooter or the breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, including claims brought by third parties.
    1. Compliance with Laws: The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the operation of electric scooters, including traffic regulations and public safety standards. The Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to be informed about and adhere to all such laws and regulations.
    1. No Warranty: The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety or performance of the electric scooter. The electric scooter is provided "as is" and with all faults. The Customer is responsible for regular maintenance and safety checks to ensure the scooter remains safe to operate.
    1. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
    1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VoroMotors is headquartered, regardless of the conflict of law principles. This will apply to both domestic and international transactions. The Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the jurisdiction of VoroMotors' headquarters for any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement and the use of the electric scooter.
