Michael Peel The Battery came and looked liked it had been kicked the 450 miles to my apartment LOL. Voro Motors said they would replace the battery; however, the product was tuff enough to take the abuse, save a few superficial tares to its exterior, and preforms as well as the original. It is currently in a box I made for it to attach to the seat post--I also made--and now my little mule can make it anywhere in the Sacramento Valley and back home with plenty of charge to spare. Thanks guys :)
